I signed up for a VPS on the 14th. On the 19th, I received a complaint from them and was immediately blocked. The complaint reads:

The server has X-Ray installed from an official source, and that's it. This hosting service looks like a scam. Don't use this hosting service.

You VPS is still active since than without any issues. So to call us a scam bullshit. We can't say what you have installed or what not but we checked the situation and unsuspended your VPS.
Hi. That does sound frustrating, but did you reply to the abuse email? They explicitly said:
The customer has 48 hours to provide a detailed explanation. If we do not receive a response within this time, the service will be terminated without any refund.
They also seem to be acting under their ToS regarding unauthorized access / scanning / abuse. To be clear, simply installing Xray would not automatically mean a ToS violation, but if traffic from the VPS triggered brute-force alerts, that would explain why they suspended it pending clarification.
So this may be more a case of strict abuse handling than evidence that the host is a scam. If your use was legitimate, the key question is whether you replied and explained it within the 48-hour window.
We have to check the situation with Abuse notifications and when we receive a lot we are stricter for sure. But we always unsuspend services if we receive a explanation from our customers. Yes, this customer answered in that given timeframe and we did our job as well. Situation should be cleared for both sides.
I would never recommend them, they suspend your services for no reason after just 8 days due to a “report of abuse.” To give some context, I started the server, set up a default machine, and never touched it again. And despite that, and the simple fact that I never used it lol, the service was suspended. That’s a clear red flag.

What I’m upset about—and this is the first time in my life I’ve seen this—is that a service was terminated after 8 days, even though the service in question was used ONLY once to install the machine via the control panel :'). When you use our VPS for abuse than we suspend your server, it's all written in our Terms of Service. If you think it was wrong, you have the chance and time to do a statement, which you didn't.

been using a very good VPS located in Netherlands. really liked their panel — dark theme only, design, simplicity and everything. they even have Alpine with auto install! network speed is very good too.
but I had to request a refund. my government blocks a lot of ASNs for no reason, and something like that happened to my VPS. my request was fulfilled within an hour, with a full refund (even though I asked to NOT return money for the month I've been using that VPS).

Very bad VPS merchant! Just 6 days ago I ordered their dedicated server and was told that I didn't have this configuration, so I changed the configuration for me. Since they are small companies, they claim themselves. The efficiency of replies is very slow, it may take 12 hours for me to wait for a reply when I ask them, and then I see a message, which is equivalent to the speed of processing a message in 1 day. Thank you for sharing your experience. To clarify a few things: the replacement server was ready quickly; it simply took longer because you only paid the full surcharge two days later. This should have been mentioned. We don't normally send passwords via email; users can set them themselves during server installation, which is done through the control panel.
Regarding the longer support wait time: we do mention that response times can sometimes take up to 12 hours; we are very busy.

Used there VPS services for a year and out of nowhere they suspended all my servers. I asked support what was wrong and they said they had gotten "abuse notifications about phishing from your ip address"
It's a reseller, tho the support is nice and fast. You can pay with monero and they don't ask for KYC. I think it's good if you need a little machine anonymously, if you need big reliableserver for heavy charge it's not for you. The UI can be polished.
They accept Monero which is great, and you can create a fully anonymous account using email aliases. The UI sometimes is a bit confusing and it can be improved a lot, but overall the service is solid and stable. They resell Hetzner and Contaboo among others. I have contacted support via interal tickets and they do reply and seem friendly. I have been using Mynymbox for 5 months now without issues.
Solid VPS hosting with great privacy standards. I like that they accept Monero and require no personal info. The control panel works fine, and setup was quick. Only downside was that support took a bit longer to respond than expected, but overall it’s a good service for privacy-conscious users.
They resell Hetzner. Be aware that they block you if they get any DMCA (P2P/Bittorent).
I have all my servers with them. They resell servers from other providers but let you pay with crypto and keep your account anonymous, which is great since most providers (like Hetzner) require some KYC. Their control panel is decent, and the support is reliable. Recommended!
ABSOLUTELY TRASH , first of all the vps i purchased is super slow, it only worked for a day or two and then it always says request timeout whenever i ping my server ip. network speed shows 500b/sec top 200kb/sec which is a disaster , I ask support for help and they don't answer nor they fix the issue on their own, absolutely bullshit do not waste your time.

in general it's okay. my finland vps is actually netherlands, that's funny). another thing you need to know, this vps uses hdd disks which are really slow, and another vps like kyun has 4x faster disks. it does matter because the price is almost 2 times higher on MyNymBox than on kyun. i like the ping, like 50ms, it's really good, feels like finland)). another thing, if you want to pay with crypto be ready, it has really big slippage. vps costs $7 but i paid $8 and this vps has only 1gb ram, it's pretty expensive.
