Honestly, I don't care if the service is canceled—I haven't even used it this month, lol. What I’m upset about—and this is the first time in my life I’ve seen this—is that a service was terminated after 8 days, even though the service in question was used ONLY once to install the machine via the control panel :'). I didn’t even log in to the machine; I just installed Debian or Ubuntu—I don’t remember which. No customer protection, no verification.

So yeah, I didn't reply to their emails, and that'll be their response, but let me reiterate: I'm getting a report on a vanilla machine, lol. So if the report is justified (lol), that means their infrastructure has been directly compromised even though the service in question has never been modified, which is all the more reason not to trust them.

I would never recommend them, they suspend your services for no reason after just 8 days due to a “report of abuse.” To give some context, I started the server, set up a default machine, and never touched it again. And despite that, and the simple fact that I never used it lol, the service was suspended. That’s a clear red flag. Avoid them
