We do not charge any more fees, do not have a slipage, when you pay with Bitcoin, Lightning, Monero, Litecoin or Zcash. If you use the TrocadorApp swap service, there may be a fee.

We have to check the situation with Abuse notifications and when we receive a lot we are stricter for sure. But we always unsuspend services if we receive a explanation from our customers. Yes, this customer answered in that given timeframe and we did our job as well. Situation should be cleared for both sides.

You forgot to mention that you wrote us what you have installed etc and we have answered: "Posted on Sunday 19th April at 23:13 Hello, We have unsuspended your VPS. Kind regards, Mynymbox" You VPS is still active since than without any issues. So to call us a scam bullshit. We can't say what you have installed or what not but we checked the situation and unsuspended your VPS.

When you use our VPS for abuse than we suspend your server, it's all written in our Terms of Service. If you think it was wrong, you have the chance and time to do a statement, which you didn't. "t is essential that you respond within 48 hours and take the necessary corrective action. If you fail to respond, or if the issue is deemed severe, we may conduct an investigation and take appropriate actions. These actions may include removing or disabling content, throttling, suspending, or terminating your services."
