I wanted to try their service, and according to the homepage, they claim to have a 1000 XMR reserve. However, when I attempted a 90 XMR swap, it’s been almost two days and I still haven’t received my funds. I even created a support ticket and mentioned the issue, but haven’t gotten any reply. It’s ironic that they advertise having 1000 XMR or more, yet can’t process a 90 XMR swap in two days. That’s disappointing.
It’s been over 10 hours since i made this comment, and my order still hasn’t been processed. Their website states it should take only 30 minutes, but that appears to be misleading.
Sad, this is the only escrow service I know. Have you ever tried to make a post on fairtrade subdread? I think it's worth mentioning that they have a community.
Update: I received my coins yesterday, but it took about two days.
