It's a clever scam. It only works the first time you use it, the second time you get your funds stolen. BEWARE!!

SCAMMMM, BEWARE!! SCAMMM!!!! Loaded money first time, worked fine. Sent another $1500 and now LOAD CARD ISSUE. Have been emailing and contacting for weeks and no one will respond.

So there are two issues here:

1. There is an unadvertised $15 charge to activate each card (necessary to get your first card)
2. Earlier this week I added $50 and it worked as intended, if a bit slow. Yesterday I loaded $100 onto my account and I'm experiencing exactly what the other commenters have said. I cannot add these funds to the card I created on Monday and Support are now completely ignoring me even though they were instantly replying on the day I first made my account.

I don't write reviews but... I created an account a few weeks ago with a smaller amount (less than 300USD). It worked fine and loaded funds twice on one card no problem. Today I created an entirely new account with new card. Added funds (more than 300USD) and every time I try to load funds to card I get the insufficient balance no matter if the include fee is toggled. Chat support in unresponsive hours later. I need an alternative ASAP.

Best best best ever card however after 3 months they charge $1 a month should be displayed but overall good

Scam. I added 20$ to balance and still can not create card. Support wanna just to make sure that You sent them 20$ and after this they will never reply again. I got screenshots if anyone needs - contact me at kontakt@rankforge.co

Been looking for a service like this for a while now. Have to say everything was smooth and self explanatory, I never had to contact support once.

If Apple Pay or google pay will be available it would probably be the best no KYC service

Works as advertised. Have not had a payment declined and the 3% fee is way lower than competitors. There fee is an average of 5-7% so I’m happy.

The service works, but it acts very scammy.

$15 upfront fee would be fine, but there is still a 3% + $1 charge on every card top-up. There is a FX fee of $1 from what I see, yet it was not declared anywhere. The card must always have at least $1 on it because of “monthly fees”. And the referral program does not work without a constant $50 deposit.

The customer support is not particularly empathetic and does not have the best English.

Never had any issues always worked, awesome service. Loaded more than 35k this year never had a problem, you got some hat ers lol. Keep the work up my guys

Scam, first time card worked, after second top up it is not possible to use my balance anymore.

Most likely scam, first deposit, top up and even spend worked, wanted to add money to the card and did a deposit on the account balance again. After that the card top up did not work anymore, they told they had API issues that are solved now and they will add manually, that was 3 days ago, since then I contacted them via live support and mail, still no answer from them.

I cannot access my available balance!

Bitoncard.com is easy to use and great for online payments. No KYC is our right glad that there is a platform preserving our right to privacy. The virtual card works without issues, support is extremely fast to answering questions.

My go to card since a couple of months. 3DS auto accepts 99% of the time so I don’t even need to enter me PIN code. Added money to wise works fine but if you outside the US wise asks for a little more in fees. But that has nothing to do with Bitoncard as I understand.

So far so good.

I've loaded a couple of bags on amazon and ebay. waiting for Apple Pay tho so 4 stars only for the people if you load a couple of k's per month you get special support I can hold 10k per card instead of 5

Likely a scam. In all honesty it worked once two days ago with a lower amount, but when i tried a higher amount i can no longer load the card, also not smaller amount loading.

Customer support is non-existant. a email i have send over 30 hours ago still goes unanswered, and i am waiting since 3 full hours for "live" support to show up, but they are not responding.

You can deposit funds just fine, but then they show up in your balance, where you cannot use them for cards, and cannot withdraw the money either. therefore, funds are therefore stuck after depositing. The error shows "insufficient balance" when trying to load a card with 99 usd, even though my balance is over 1000 usd. Yesterday customer support says its a error on card provider and would be fixed within some hours. but here we are, around 14 hours later, without any fix. and no responses on live chat for hours.

Possible scam. Aftet I did deposit cannot to creat card. I tryed all day. Support don't answer.

Works as advertised deposited some fund to my wise no issues

I wanted to use this service for google cloud. For verification, Google deducted a small amount where a 6-digit verification code is embedded in the transaction. In my dashboard in the transaction history section, I can see the transaction BUT NOT the verification code.

Bitoncard.com is easy to use and great for online payments. I like that I can fund the card with crypto. The signup was fast and no KYC, and the virtual card works without issues.

Truly the only no bullshit card keep the work up guys!!!!!

Other cards have way higher fee like one I used before has 7%, biton is just 3% so for me the $15 dollar is definitely worth it especially if you use the card regularly

Just began using it. The Card was issued swiftly, and as promised, no KYC was required! However, the fees are quite substantial.

Fees are imposed at various stages:

$15 for card creation
Each time you load funds - 3% fee + $1
A monthly charge of $1

As a result, you encounter numerous fees even before you can use the loaded money. This seems quite excessive, especially if the card is intended for infrequent use.

I've tried a few crypto cards but Bitoncard is the only one that let me use my XMR without ID checks. No KYC needed and works just like a normal card.

No issues card and card was issued instant

Works good used it on Amazon without issues
