Mixtum is among the most genuine mixers I've ever used. It has been online since 2018 and so far users have never faced any issue. When I mixed some coins on Mixtum a few months ago, I got clean coins with very low AML. I deposited those coins to centralized exchange and had no issue with that either. The XMR fees are high at all exchanges but in future there's chance to pay low fees for BTC to XMR.

I've not yet tested the platform but I've visited the platform and found that they accept crypto as payment method. And, also I noticed that they provide per static IP for $5 per month.
