I knew this lowlife was a scammer years ago, when he photoshopped his competitors out of some promo materials, for some conference or something, and then denied it. Sad how many prominent public figures betrayed monero. Justin/SamsungGalaxy for example should be blacklisted, the guy is literally trying to put Monero users in PRISON!

Description says "owned by Proton", I had no idea. Does anyone know when this happened?

Hi, this isnt a review, but just a comment: I dont think XMRbazaar should get a thumbs down in the KYCnotME rating, for blocking illegals stuff on their market. They say upfront that its for legal stuff, so theyre not misrepresenting anything, and Doug is doxxed, so he has no choice really. Site can use some improvement but Doug (site owner) is trustworthy, he hosts the top Monero podcast.

Hi sorry that these crooks are doing this to you. This soubds similar to my initial experience around a year ago with them, though in my case they only did the interrogation for a day then ghosted me. I did get my money back MONTHS later, but it sounds like theyve gotten even worse now. These guys are possibly selective scammers I think. They want to make KYC nearly impossible. They asked me insane stuff too, they wanted a screenshot of the transaction list of not my wallet, but the wallet that first sent my wallet funds which makes NO SENSE, because thats **someone else's wallet**, how can I get such a screenshot? I told them they can check the blockchain for history, but they wanted a screenshot of the wallet (thats owned by someone else I did a trade with that I obviously dont have access to) software open, showing the transactions, and I think they also wanted the full doxx of that wallet owner too, I forget everything that they asked, but they demanded many things. But it was obvious that they were shady within the First 5 mins of talking to them.

Dont have the order ID to prove this since it was like a year ago, but they froze my funds, I contacted support and they started interrogating me, then suddenly stopped responding and ghosted me. I thought they scammed me, but then 2 MONTHS later, they finally released my funds without further explanation. So I am rating them 2 stars instead of 1 since they did eventually return my money, but them holding my money hostage for months was totally unacceptable.
