Sent 3 XMR for test. No UI update about received transaction. Primary transaction has more than 6 confirm. Still no money or no UI update. I do not advise use this
Added context: This comment makes claims without supporting evidence.
Edit: Transaction now mark as completed. The tool work but adding a tracking process engine will be good.
Dealing w/ it about 6 m or so already. No prob with volume, supp online when i need it. Mostly BTC XMR

Hit the service a month ago, and it's been running smoothly. Support was on it — got all my questions answered. The numbers are already decent. Keep working
Got it on and off, works fine. Last use was a few days ago, nothing changed - solid service
On the grind, did a solid amount. no cap no glitch, support intouch
Still usin' it, everything's fine. No clue what went down with that lower comments, looks like straight-up provokin
DO NOT USE THIS PLATEFORM, it is a scam, the support doesnt answer and the money is essentially gone (see my comment below). Try to reach out to their support first and you ll see
Transaction was done more than 24h ago, you can see that they sent it to a CEX. Been trying to message support for the whole day and no answer. If your funds get stuck dont expect support from this plateform.
Please admin check your XMPP chat for full description of situation. This service is a selective scammer. When you run small amounts they will process it, but if you do slightly larger ones then they will pretend to have been hacked. The order ID here has been validated by admin but if you try to run it again, it will show that it doesnt exist. It is therefore a proof that they are selective scammers. This should be tagged as a Scam.
I have been using Wagg Mixer for quite some time now, and it is probably one of the essential tools for those who value true privacy. I started with small amounts — a couple of times with 0.03–0.05 BTC to test it out — and since then it has become my main mixer for everyday operations. No accounts, no logs, no KYC checks. You just select what you need and everything happens without prying eyes. As for speed, yes, sometimes transactions are not fast. But here's the thing: these “delays” are not a bug, but a security feature. The mixer carefully checks everything for flags so that your output coins has a minimal AML score (mine is consistently 10-15, which is ideal for peace of mind). I recently made a transaction of 0.711 BTC — a large amount for me — and everything went smoothly, without a single glitch. It took about 2 hours, but the result was clean BTC that doesn't show up in the chain!
About the UI. Yes, it's minimalistic, without any unnecessary frills, but that's what's cool about it — nothing distracts you, no trackers or other bells and whistles that can affect privacy.
Support is a separate plus that outweighs all the rumors about “slowness.” I contacted them a couple of times through their feedback channels (Telegram or Matrix, depending on the situation), and support responded quickly — within 10-20 minutes, even on weekends. Once there was a hiccup with a refund (a technical glitch on my end, as it turned out), and they sorted it out in a matter of hours, without questions or other red tape. No “confirm your identity” — they just made a decision and forgot about it. This is the level where you realize that there is an experienced team behind the service and not just empty marketing.
Why did I decide to write such a detailed review? It's simple: I used them for a very large amount in total (as for me) and couldn't ignore them here.
Peace to all.
It's interesting, by the way,(just saw it) why some commentators, such as Trêvoid, are so eager to dig up dirt on Wagg, mentioning “lack of contacts” or “manual approvals.” Maybe they have their own motives — competition or just a bad day? I haven't noticed anything like that: the service works like clockwork, and in all this time, there hasn't been a single problem that couldn't be solved.
It's a pleasant surprise to see them here. Good service, nothing superfluous. I've been using it for about a month now, mainly BTC, everything is stable, and I get AML 10 at the output, which is great considering the modest percentage the system takes.
Still using it. Was lil misunderstanding, fast support politely help me (issuer was at my side). Best regards to service!
Created a test transaction with 1 XMR. The site showed me that 3 XMR is the min. you can exchange, however when I enter 1 XMR it worked. I will update this when I see if the exchange worked.
During my order process, I noticed that their website lacks a contact page, which made it impossible for me to reach out to them. This is an important point to highlight.
Go to "Feedback" and you will find many platforms where you can contact them.
I decided to do a small test transaction on wagg.cc. It’s been over an hour, and I still haven’t received my funds.
After a long wait, the status has finally changed to Completed. My test transaction took nearly a full day, and I believe it was manually approved. For large amounts, I wouldn’t recommend using this service, but it could be worth trying for smaller sums.
In my case it took 20-30 minutes till I received my BTC. I exchanged 1 XMR for BTC. The UI doesn't show the proper state, but it seems like everything works fine.
Fucking scam. Kept my money. Support isn't existent.
