Silent.link support told me to remove the eSIM from my old device assuring me it can be reinstalled in a new device. I followed their instructions only to discover I CANNOT REINSTALL their eSIM and I can't get a new one either, because apparently they have no stock. So now my eSIM balance is frozen, because I can't add the eSIM to any device and can't actually spend it
Terrible customer support. How can they not know their own product and keep literally 0 reserve stock for their own fuck ups.
it used to provide clean real cellular IP addresses, now it provides IP addresses from data centers, sometimes detected as proxy/VPN and blacklisted by some service providers.
just one thing to notice. overall still a good service for its price.
Silent.Link is burner-grade mobile freedom — global 4G/5G via eSIM, no ID, no trace. Just plug in and vanish. Built for sovereign comms. 📶🕶️
Incredibly handy while traveling, and has worked everywhere I've tried. Paying for traffic instead of time means I can have it around for whenever I need it.
Correct pricing, they accept monero. Very convenient when you move abroad. Of course it's pricey and use roaming, it's not made to watch youtube in 4k abroad. Fast delivery of esim and good support. Even work in China lol. No outgoing call/sms even with the option that provides phone number.
Used it in many different countries and had no issues whatsoever. Coverage has been reliable and connection has been fast. It's worth reading the pricing section for different data providers by country as the price per GB may differ substantially depending on the chosen network. Paying and topping up with Monero has been easy and stable.
Very fast and many features for a good price. Installation is very easy.
Easy to set up and use, global coverage. No KYC. Reliable. It’s great.
Silent link is a bit difficult to find eSIMS sometimes, and it might be a bit hard to make the eSIM work. If you are having issues as I did, remember to turn on your roaming! After that, it should work. They are very good with privacy, the eSIMS are new, they are allowed to sell. I only wish they had more options. Also, don't ever remove the eSIM, because these can be installed only once.
Customer service is great & quick and the esims work perfectly fine but the data is really expensive in some countries
I've tried them some months ago, it's still in my phone and valid. Yeah it's pricey in some provider but never expires. I would recommend for secondary network. They're using roaming so latency is hell, so with price I'll give a three stars.
Also, their support is very fast for pre/post sales via integrated chat. Plus one star for it.
Been using them for a few months and I've had no issues. Like others say, it's a bit pricey but I mainly use it to voip and text.
Have been using them for many years and never had any issue. They are a bit pricy but for my mobile internet usage it is not an issue. The only issue I have is that I need to keep a link to my order page to top-up my number and cannot recover it.
You can dial *187# into your dialer to get your IMSI, and use that on their top up page
I bought a few days ago a data-only e-sim, and it's actually working really well. I tried if the internet was working, and, after reading another review that they give datacenter IPs, I check that too but i haven't found that problem. REALLY good service so far, and costs very little per gb. I'm surely going to keep this e-sim for my travels.
