Terms of Service Review

JMP offers US/Canadian phone numbers via the decentralized Jabber/XMPP network. The terms explicitly support self-hosting, mention E2EE, and contain no KYC requirements.

Federated Network

JMP operates over the standardized, federated Jabber/XMPP network. Because no central entity controls it, users can choose their provider or even host their own server.

Optional E2EE

Users can opt-in to allow others to discover their Jabber ID, which enables free voice/video calling and end-to-end encryption with other compatible services.

Anti-Spam Requirement

New accounts must receive at least one text message from a person before they can send messages or place calls, unless using a referral or porting a number.

Usage Restrictions

JMP routes must be used like a regular cell carrier. The service strictly prohibits automated usage, marketing, and campaigns.

Very good support. I managed to get one of my old numbers back since it was still connected to a third-party service I use.

JMP is ghost-grade telecom — send SMS and make calls via XMPP, no SIM, no carrier lock-in. Sovereign comms for builders who route through silence. 🛰️🕶️

Really good service. The support service is very active, they will help you right away. I tested XMR payment, everything works well. Of the minuses, only Canadian license plates, they talk about Europe, but it is difficult to buy them. You also need to understand that even if you bought a number for XMR, you are from the jurisdiction of Canada and all your conversations will be listened to and read SMS if necessary. I also find the process of buying a number difficult if you are a beginner.
