Both exolix and changenow explicitly state in their terms of service that they do collect IP addresses. Although intercambio might not save them (they probably do anyways) they still have to provide them to the exchanges.

Shocked to see this aggregator on kycnot.me. While they clearly say on their FAQ they will never request KYC you have to read the fine print to learn that they reserve the right to KYC in accordance with AML and that's exactly what happened to me one year ago since intercambrio provide 3rd party exchange services for exodus wallet and demanded I KYC for 20k when I tried to swap monero for BTC. They are based out of argentina and are super sketchy. Do NOT trust with your funds. You can read reviews from all the other people they scammed by demanding KYC on reddit. Hopefully kycnot.me will remove this aggregator.

They absolutely do act as a 3rd party exchange provider for exodus wallet. If you search on reddit for this shady exchange under the exodus wallet subreddit you'll see what I mean.
