Worked great! Swapped XMR to BTC without any issue. Processing was surprisingly fast, within about ~2 minutes after sending my funds, I received my output.
Everything smooth, works perfectly, but fees are s-u-p-e-r high.
I’ve used this service many times to exchange BTC to XMR without any issues.
At the time of writing they had a 75% discount on swaps with XMR. I did an XMR -> BTC swap, saw it quickly after a single confirmation on XMR chain but it set a pretty low fee to the output transaction so you might have to wait an hour or two unless you speed it up yourself.
and why intecambio gets negative points due to the kyc exchange provider, every dex has to do even this one, but for me it seems that intercambio is more honest than the other ones.

They charged a 10% fee to exchange my BTC for XMR — that’s extremely high. I recommend everyone be cautious, rates are very bad.
I had a really frustrating experience with this website. It took a whole week for me to get my funds due to communication issues. I noticed it has a rating of 9, but I really don't think it deserves that. I won't be using this site again, and I recommend others avoid it too.
Used many times for exchange btc-ltc and all was well. Today I faced a problem, having sent my bitcoin, I quickly received from the site tx for bitcoin cash but it is invalid and does not show in any explorer. support is not responce
The UI is terrible. I sent the minimum amount thinking it was the actual amount I wanted to send. When I then added a little amount to reach what I wanted, they say it's below the threshold and they keep it. Their Jabber address doesn't work so no way to contact them.
Fucking thieves, man.
Used it the past 4 days to make 8 transactions, each up to 15XMR (to BTC), and it was really working great. No javascript needed (even a banner saying "be careful JS is enabled" on top!). In total I paid a bit less than 4% which seems fair (including mining fees).
About 10% is being kept, the output value is faked, the actual received value is less than what they show on their site.
