I did a ~$2.2K BTC to XMR exchange and they didn't transfer the funds. It has been verified in Bitcoin network 7 hours ago. Just sent them a contact support to see if they answer. Let's see how it goes.
The support answered: "The deposit for your order has been marked by the risk control system. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process your exchange, but we can issue a refund to the original wallet address of your transaction."
I accepted the refund, but they still haven't done. Almost 24 hours has passed since the exchange.
