you keep on pushing the narrative that this is "coordinated" to remove comments, Kyun actually had downtime, Hostile Support, bad Uptime, not being Transparent Rather than ignorantly denying all these claims that keep being provided sources for FIX YOUR SERVICE a good service will always have more praise than hate, e.g Mullvad several people mentioning having had experienced the same does not count it as being duplicate anyone reading these reviews can look and see and will very likely have the same experience rather than be here and do futile damage control, i can recommend fixing the BRICKS or maybe improve the Uptime? what about implementing better Support Rules and Response times? what about implementing an Announcement Channel and providing a tad more Transparency when it comes to downtime? Come on man, this service actually has potential

Updating from my previous rating to assess the situation, Onsite Support has a 24> response time when you buy additional Storage (Bricks) to your VPS it is simply not functional on both locations as of 12/05/2026 since the Service Outage There is no Reliable Status updates, most of the time it says "Node Unreachable" which makes it impossible to see any status regarding the VPS itself Home page is laggy when you want to scroll down quick, i recommend for someone reading this to do profiling proper memoing it also seems that reviews that have legit complaints get "censored" and then high star reviews that are even more dubious makes it appear this broken-ish service is reliable for some small task this service is fine if you don't need good uptime or, i would never host anything of importance I really hope for this service to improve in the future else it will go into my no use pile

even if they claim just view the website, we have to understand alternative contact methods exist, in the case the website is down and you cannot deny if a service points to the website for "proper proof" but there is none then makes all the announcements in Telegram that is just a way to avoid Bad Reviews cuz no matter what they claim, they can simply do "hahahah not on website"
