Experience: - Did not create an account ( did not want to ) - Ordered an eSIM to see how reliable the service is - Made payment via Monero - Please wait for 10 confirmations on the transaction > I wait > 40 confirmations out of 10 > nothing happens the order doesn't move along > the payment link expires > go fuck yourself? - Contacted support > they responded after an hour asking which payment i used > matter is still unresolved (the order is 4 hours old now) General: - I was FORCED to register to make a support ticket - App doesn't really remember your user/password - If you didn't provide email and try to reset your password you can't BECAUSE IT NEEDS EMAIL, even though you're handed a secure passphrase at registration - If you try to change any of your information from inside the "app" you will go to a blank page with credentials: Empty Dict Overall: Amateurish unreliable service, severely undercooked and not thought through website. I'd avoid wasting my time here.
