Hello, There is different responses depending on the severity of the abuse. We warn customer, suspend their service, delete their service or ban the account. If you are being warned or have your service suspended, we explicitly ask for a statement before we reactivate the service (in case of a suspension). If your wallet balance is gone and your account is banned, it means that you had a very serious abuse happening, as those are cases that we only hand out for CSAM, botnet C2, multiple serious abuse reports being unanswered and similar situations.
