They are no longer as serious as they were years ago. I advise against attempting to make larger transactions, as they will surely be blocked by their new risk management system. Unfortunately, they no longer deserve 5 stars.

I have been a long-time user of this service, but I now strongly advise against it, even for small transactions. I consistently used the same address for various exchanges without any issues. However, my most recent exchange was flagged, and my funds were locked for seven days, citing the need to verify them. Additionally, the response time from their third-party "risk-management team" was excessively slow; they should have resolved my case within 48 hours, but it took much longer. After asking further information about this situation and their risk management system, they processed my refund (without even waiting one day). They are not reliable and I don't trust them anymore. They do NOT deserve a 6 out of 10 overall score.
