Here's the supporting evidence for the fact that SolvoCard charges a $99 card creation fee. However, it's not mentioned anywhere on the main homepage. But it can be found on their "How It Works" webpage at (https://www.solvocard.com/how-it-works) under "Common Questions" section. It can also be verified by logging into your account and depositing crypto and then creating a new card will cost $99 for each new card. Here's the quote from "How It Works" webpage at (https://www.solvocard.com/how-it-works) under "Common Questions" section: Is there a minimum deposit amount? We recommend depositing at least $30 to cover card creation ($99) and have some balance left for top-ups and purchases.

That's not completely true. There's a $99 card creation fee. The minimum deposit required to be able to spend has to be more than that. I have nothing against the service. It has a great utility value and I like it. But, use it only if you can afford it. And if I may, I'd suggest "Support at SolvoCard" to be a bit more friendly to negative comments.
