i believe there was a message pinned at all times in the telegram with the current status. maybe not all of the time and if you didn't see one that's your experience and that's fair, that's on me for not implementing better ways to tell all users what's going on during times like this, at once if you were sent to the support chat you were probably asking a question specific to your vm. providing personal tailored support to 1200 customers during a time like this is simply not possible for a company the size of kyun. if you simply asked "what's going on with kyun" i really really doubt anyone sent you to the support chat
