I already used mixtum maybe twice, everything went smooth, although the fee of the transaction is high but it's considerable knowing this is a mixer and not just exchange swap. The aml report of the transaction from third party (bot) is considered low which is the main concern when using a mixer which mixtum does great. It is also the longest running mixer in the space that's why its trust and reputation says its all. I used to be exchanging here at least months until kyc is required for basic withdrawals to work so i stopped using them, as well as my country ban them.

Tried exchanging BTC - USDT (TRC20). I used my KuCoin USDT deposit address and everything went smoothly. After the required 3 BTC network confirmations (which took some time, depending on the network mine was almost 1 hour lol), the USDT was credited to my KuCoin account without any issues. No warnings or risk alerts were triggered on KuCoin for the received funds. If you want faster processing, BTC pairs aren't ideal, it takes times, other coins are better.
